DeBlue (Designing Blue Consultancy Ltd) was created at the intersection of integrated water management, sustainable urban planning and systemic design.

It builds on years of work across research, policy and practice, including the development of applied frameworks such as Water-BOOST and WaNetDST, created in collaboration with leading global institutions to support strategic decision-making in complex environments.

We believe that today's greatest challenges are rarely technical alone. They are systemic—shaped by governance, institutions, stakeholders and the quality of the decisions that connect them.
