DeBlue advances development of a novel AI-enabled strategic decision-support platform

Building on the original Water-BOOST framework and several months of research and early development, DeBlue has developed a working internal version of a new AI-enabled strategic decision-support platform.

The platform combines systems thinking, knowledge graphs and retrieval-augmented AI to help cities and organisations better understand complex innovation ecosystems and make more informed strategic decisions.

By bringing together evidence from different sources and representing the relationships between stakeholders, challenges and enabling factors, the platform is designed to support the identification of gaps, opportunities and potential pathways for action.

The current internal platform represents an important step in translating DeBlue’s research and systems-thinking methodologies into a practical digital tool. Development and testing will continue as the platform is refined and expanded for future applications.
